Job Description - Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Officer at Viacom, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through remote work from your location in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are resourceful, energetic, and possess strong decision-making and attention to detail skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions in a timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and with a focus on customer satisfaction - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection - Resourceful and energetic personality traits are a must - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
