Job Description: Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Care Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or live chat - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic approach to customer interactions
