Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Thomson Reuters is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a remote basis in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research and problem-solving to meet customer needs - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers - Assist with strategic planning to improve customer care processes - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
