Performance Food Group is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Toronto, Ontario. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer care.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates


Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service - Strong persuasion and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset - Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work
