Job Description:
The Customer Service Assistant at Hess will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while working remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of four years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Persuasion and project management soft skills
