Job Description: We are looking for a hardworking and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Hilton as a remote worker based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Processing reservations and cancellations accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database - Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned - Leveraging data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
