Ford Motor Company is seeking a confident and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find creative solutions. 4. Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Demonstrated experience in people management and conflict resolution. 6. Comfortable working in a remote environment with company-provided equipment. 7. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
