We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team at Ball, a leading company in Montreal, Quebec. This is a remote work position, providing part-time opportunities for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to management for resolution - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
