Job Description:
CMS Energy, a leading energy company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our remote team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a part-time Entry Level Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with billing inquiries, service requests, and account maintenance. 3. Provide information on products and services, as well as troubleshooting assistance. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify and report any trends or issues affecting customer satisfaction to management.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
