Job Description:
Veritiv is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. In this part-time role, the Customer Service Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high levels of service quality. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues or concerns promptly - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience - Serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues and take ownership of resolving them to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Reliable and hardworking with a strong commitment to customer service excellence - Excellent research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Ability to work cooperatively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals
