Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Campbell Soup is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed customer expectations. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Handle escalated customer service issues and provide resolutions in a timely and effective manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance communication with customers. 6. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices. 7. Monitor key performance indicators and create reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. 8. Stay informed on industry trends and customer service innovations to constantly improve our service offerings.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service results. 5. Critical thinking skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
