Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Kohl’s is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, the ideal candidate will be driven, independent, innovative, and cooperative.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Oversee a team of remote customer service representatives, providing training, guidance, and support as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
