Job Description:
SpartanNash is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing the customer service operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. 2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer experience. 4. Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. 5. Collaborate with other departments to maintain a cohesive and customer-focused approach across the organization. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. 7. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer service management role. 2. Passionate and energetic personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work setting. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
