Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

As a Customer Service Manager at Kimberly-Clark, located in Toronto, Ontario, CA, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations while working remotely. This part-time, mid-to-senior level position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 3. Monitor customer service metrics and implement improvements as needed. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. 5. Develop training programs for customer service staff. 6.
