Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Stantec, a leading global engineering and design firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing leadership and guidance to ensure excellence in customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Monitor team performance and productivity, providing coaching and feedback as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident and hardworking personality traits. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Experience with CRM software and tools. - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. - Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
