Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Home Depot is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance with online orders - Processing returns and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating any customer concerns or trends to the appropriate department - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Motivated and hardworking personality traits - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work remotely and independently - High school diploma or equivalent
