Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Processing orders and managing customer accounts. 4. Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes. 6. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Confident and energetic personality. 3. Strong decision-making skills. 4. Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
