Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Officer at Huntington Ingalls Industries, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia as part of our dedicated team. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Process customer orders and ensure seamless delivery of products or services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards - Continuously strive to improve customer experience and meet performance targets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers' needs - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
