Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Adaptable personality. 3. Confident communication skills. 4. Strong cooperation skills. 5. Ability to manage people effectively. 6. Excellent time management skills. 7. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
