Job Description:
Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is a remote work opportunity based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist clients with account management, transactions, and product information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the customer service department.
Requirements: 1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers professionally. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
