Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Express Scripts Holding. This is a remote work position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, and is part-time at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. 6. Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills. 7. Utilize creativity and adaptability to find solutions to customer problems.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. 4. Motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 5. Creativity and adaptability in addressing customer needs. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
