Job Description:


Southwest Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Entry Level position, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are confident, passionate, possess strong negotiation and planning skills, and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and other inquiries related to Southwest Airlines services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using technology and computer systems - High school diploma or equivalent
