Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

As a Customer Service Representative at NextEra Energy, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Toronto, Ontario, as part of our dynamic team. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and adaptable, with strong cooperation and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and live chat inquiries - Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and accurate solutions - Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
