Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Hormel Foods is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position is remote and part-time, at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic and confident, with strong research and emotional intelligence skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct thorough research to answer customer questions and provide accurate information - Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence when dealing with challenging customer situations - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong research and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
