Job Description:
Windstream Holdings is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and emotional intelligence - Assisting customers with product information, account management, and billing inquiries - Providing technical support for products and services - Processing customer orders and returns - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Innovating new ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confidence in handling challenging customer interactions - Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently - Strong emotional intelligence and empathy - Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
