Job Description:
General Mills is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a remote basis in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This part-time Associate level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products - Assist with the onboarding process for new customers - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies - Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and organizational skills - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
