Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Customer Success Assistant in a remote work capacity. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via email, chat, and phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Assist customers with onboarding and training on our products - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Communicate customer feedback to the product development team to improve our offerings - Assist with the creation of customer success resources and documentation - Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to achieve team goals and targets - Provide support in the organization of customer events and meetings as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
