Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sobeys is seeking a remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with any inquiries or issues they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate teams within the organization - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers - Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly customer success metrics

Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
