Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

At Citi Canada, we are seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This position will be remote work, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. This role is entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

As a Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients.
