Genesis Healthcare is looking for a passionate and resilient Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing support and building strong relationships with our valued customers in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs. - Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes with our products and services. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers. - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels. - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion within the customer base.
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles. - Strong planning and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. - Experience working with SaaS or technology companies is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
