Job Description:
Occidental Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, remote work position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient, hardworking, adaptable, and possess strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Implement strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty, and advocacy - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met - Develop and deliver customer training programs to increase product knowledge and usage - Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any red flags - Prepare and present customer reports and presentations as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Proven track record of managing relationships with key clients and driving customer success - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
