Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

As a Customer Success Manager for Carleton University, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our students have a positive and successful experience with our institution. This is a remote work position based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with part-time hours and a mid-to-senior level of seniority required.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current students to ensure their satisfaction and success. 2. Provide support and guidance to students regarding academic programs, resources, and services. 3. Act as a liaison between students and university departments to address any concerns or issues. 4. Monitor student progress and intervene when necessary to help them achieve their academic goals. 5. Collaborate with faculty and staff to implement strategies for student success. 6. Analyze student data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their needs and provide assistance as needed. 8. Manage student communication channels to ensure timely and effective information sharing.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Motivated and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred). 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Experience working in a higher education setting is a plus.
