he role of Customer Success Officer at SAP Canada is a vital part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients. As a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, your responsibilities will include ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and deepening their understanding of SAP products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and deliver presentations to customers on new features, updates, and best practices - Work closely with sales teams to drive customer retention and expansion - Provide proactive support and guidance to customers to optimize their use of SAP solutions - Collaborate with the product development team to prioritize customer feedback and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay current on industry trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or a related role - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions - Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Experience with SAP products or a similar CRM platform is preferred
