Job Description:
BB&T Corp. is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them maximize their use of our services - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Document customer interactions and update customer records in our CRM system
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
