Job Description:
Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario on a remote work basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient and energetic, with a passion for customer satisfaction and success. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve products and services - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Track customer success metrics and report on key performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - 0 years of experience required, as this is an entry-level position - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
