Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience. We are looking for a driven and confident individual who possesses excellent project management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through virtual communication channels - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and issues - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive business growth - Analyze customer feedback and data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations - Effectively communicate product updates, promotions, and company news to customers - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer success metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer engagement tools
