Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team at DTE Energy. This position is for remote work in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and needs in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and escalate issues as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers - Provide feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to learn new processes - Confidence in handling challenging customer situations with professionalism - Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Dedicated and committed to providing top-notch customer service
