Jones Financial is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary - Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to onboard new customers and drive adoption of our offerings - Communicate regularly with customers through various channels, such as email, phone calls, and virtual meetings - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on how to maximize the value of our solutions - Monitor customer accounts and intervene proactively to prevent churn and secure renewals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools to track customer interactions - Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule - Cooperativeness and creativity in finding solutions to complex customer issues
