Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Marsh & McLennan is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position will be remote work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As an Associate level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure their success with our products and services - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive customer satisfaction - Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and video conferences - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement


Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong leadership skills and the ability to think critically and problem-solve - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer success goals - Experience working remotely and managing a remote team is a plus
