As a Customer Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, you will assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate customer records in our database.
