Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Providing technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with our products - Processing customer orders and managing their accounts in our database - Collaborating with the sales team to address any customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Updating customer records and maintaining accurate logs of customer interactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and adaptable personality with excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making abilities and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
