Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Alaska Air Group is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for improved customer service processes - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Manage customer relationships effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction - Use problem-solving skills to address challenging situations and find solutions - Meet and exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - People management skills to effectively handle customer interactions - Familiarity with strategic planning processes to enhance customer support operations - Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
