Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant working remotely for WEC Energy Group in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and product information - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in organizing and maintaining customer support documentation and resources - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer support experience


Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns - Strong planning and time management skills to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Experience in a customer support role or similar position - Availability to work part-time hours as required
