Job Description:
CAE is seeking a confident and driven Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support roles and possess strong leadership skills. The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to improve the overall customer experience. 3. Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to ensure that service level agreements are being met. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer issues and concerns. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. At least 8 years of experience in customer support roles. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Creativity and innovation in problem-solving. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
