Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Avis Budget Group is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Support Manager to join our remote team in Montreal, Quebec. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support management roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate as needed - Handle escalated customer complaints and work towards resolutions - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Prepare and present reports on customer support metrics and KPIs to senior management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support management roles - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
