Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to work remotely in Toronto, Ontario. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to provide exceptional service to clients. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development to team members. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing a team. 5. Confident and hardworking with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 6. Persuasion skills and the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively. 7. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. 8. Experience working remotely and managing a remote team is preferred.
