Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: First American Financial is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, with the flexibility to work remotely. As a senior-level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support and a proven track record of managing customer relationships effectively.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer support process and increase efficiency - Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and ensure timely responses to all inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to promote customer loyalty and retention


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Excellent negotiation and time management skills - Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools - Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings and conferences - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate - Free food provided during working hours
