PepsiCo is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Support Officer to join our remote team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in maintaining customer records and data entry - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
