Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job description:


We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Customer Support Officer to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions. As a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, this part-time role is ideal for entry-level candidates with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on problem-solving - Present solutions and recommendations to customers in a clear and concise manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Keep up to date on product information and updates to better assist customers - Provide feedback to improve customer support processes


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently - Comfortable with presentation software and tools - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role


Personality traits: - Passionate about customer service and helping others - Reliable and trustworthy in handling customer inquiries


Soft skills: - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively - Ability to present information clearly and persuasively
