Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our team at CAE. This is a remote work position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with our products or services. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate them to the team.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Soft skills: Project management and leadership skills are essential for this position.
